OK, it's been quite a while since my last blog. Didn't have much to say or write that's interesting for others so I decided to keep a low profile. Well, maybe I'd better call it no profile.
I'm still enjoying baking our daily bread, running and studying the Swedish language. The challenge of the Bread Baking Babes to bake bread in a clay pot however is a nice opportunity to start blogging again.
I've used the recipe of Lien and replaced half of the breadflour for speltflour and left out the sugar. During the rise, I did one extra stretch and fold. The bread tastes lovely and it looks very rustique. Maybe the second rise could have been a little longer to make it more airy.
